This quietly located 2-room apartment with an attic loft spans approximately 45 m² on the 1st floor and attic. It is ideal for 2 people.
A cot or baby bed is available upon request and for a fee (fits only in the living room).

In the living room, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a sofa bed, a cosy dining table with 4 chairs, and an open kitchenette. Wi-Fi is available.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway. It is equipped with a shower, a heated towel rack, and a toilet. A modern hair dryer is also provided. A staircase in the hallway also leads to the attic, where the Finnish sauna is located.

A shared coin-operated washing machine is located in the basement of the neighbouring house, No. 33.

A small outdoor seating area is available in the front yard of the house. In the summer, you can use modern patio furniture here.

Pets are welcome upon request and for a fee. (1 pet)

A parking space is located directly in front of the apartment.

A bakery that also offers whole-grain products, as well as the popular Südstrand beach, are within walking distance. A playground for the little ones is practically “just around the corner.”
