Wir haben uns in der Wohnung aufgrund der ruhigen Lage und der Nähe zum Südstrand sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch an den sehr warmen Tagen konnte man es unter dem Dach gut aushalten, weil durch die vielen und großen Fenster viel Frischluft für schnelle Abkühlung sorgte.
