Perfect to enjoy unforgettable holidays. You can easily reach your new holiday home with the elevator. You are greeted by a small hallway area with a cloakroom and a practical storage room. From here you get to the large living-dining area with a well-equipped fitted kitchen, which offers you and your guests everything you need to conjure up delicious meals on holiday. The spacious living and dining area spoils you with its ambience and invites you to linger and relax. Sweet dreams are guaranteed in a functional bedroom with a small double bed (140cmx200cm) and a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe. Wirklich ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment in zentraler Lage. Bester Kontakt mit der Vermittlungsagentur (danke dafür). Wie in anderen Kommentaren zu lesen, ist das Schlafzimmer klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Es ist schön, einen Extra Raum zu haben, zumindest auf der Gesamtfläche eines solchen Apartments! Die Wohnung soll demnächst renoviert werden, aber ehrlich gesagt haben wir keine größeren Verbesserungsvorschläge, außer dass vielleicht vor Einzug die Glühbirnen überprüft werden müssten und die Fernsehprogramme zum Teil überhaupt nicht funktionieren. Aber auch die Glühbirnen sind zum Selbstwechseln tatsächlich vorhanden. Das WLAN läuft zuverlässig und stabil! Ein Wasserkocher wäre auch toll. Also für Teetrinker. Aber das ist alles Klagen auch sehr sehr hohem Niveau. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder, auch weil der Hund willkommen ist!

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Wenn hier jemand meckern möchte, dann nur auf sehr hohem Niveau. Es war alles in Ordnung und wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Borkum. Ein echter Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage. Es ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Die Fußgängerzone vor der Tür.Es ist zwar ein stark bewohntes Haus, aber man hat trotzdem seine Ruhe, die man ja auch sucht, wenn man auf eine Insel fährt

Ich würde, das Appartement, obwohl es schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, immer wieder nehmen denn die Lage, Strand- und Stadtnähe, ist fantastisch. Wir haben zwar nur dort gefrühstückt, aber die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet.
