“Welcome” to “Ferienhaus Seeblick”! Our cosy holiday apartment, located very close to the beach, sleeps two people.

Thanks to its location on the third floor, you’ll enjoy a sweeping view of a large part of the island of Borkum from the apartment! The holiday apartment features a spacious living room with a dining area and a sitting area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Two fold-out wall beds (90 x 200 cm) in the living room ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

For your leisure time, you’ll find a modern TV, a DVD player, a radio, and a CD player. Of course, you’ll have free Wi-Fi in this holiday rental at no additional cost.

You can enjoy wonderful moments on the furnished balcony with a partial ocean view. That’s the true holiday feeling!

To make self-catering convenient, the holiday rental on Borkum features a well-equipped kitchen—including a two-burner ceramic stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Various small appliances, such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, are also provided.

Easy-to-maintain and allergy-friendly laminate flooring has been installed throughout the apartment.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Notes: A hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner are provided as standard. Washing machines and dryers are available for shared use in the building, as are a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board. Please note: A cot and a high chair are not provided, but can be booked as needed. There is a separate parking space for bicycles. An lift is available in the building. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

At “Ferienhaus Seeblick” on Borkum, you can already hear the waves of the North Sea! Our comfortable and individually furnished holiday apartments—some with ocean views—are located right on the beach promenade in a prime location. Here, all you need to do is pack your swimwear and spend a wonderfully relaxing day at the beach soaking up the sun and unwinding!

Borkum’s town centre, with its small shops, restaurants, bars, and cosy cafés, is right next to the building. Also nearby are a tennis court, the “Gezeitenland” seawater swimming pool, the Kulturinsel, the Kurhalle, and various shopping options. Inside the building itself, you’ll find several small boutiques on the ground floor.
