The space was beautifully decorated , convenient location within a gated community with a pool that was safe, the condo had all essential items that made the stay extremely easy and comfortable. Throughout the stay there was fast / great communication with the host and definitely recommend renting this property!

The rental was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable and inviting. Jennifer was very communicative and checked in with us often. The rental was in a great location, and the gated neighborhood made us feel very comfortable. The pool is very close and kept up with new chairs and umbrellas. Will definitely return!

The apartment is on the first floor and has a view of the pool. You can see parts of Lake Hamilton between the two apartment buildings located closer to the lake. It's a 10-minute drive to Bathhouse Row in the city center of Hot Springs. We enjoyed staying here, but both the outside and the inside need some updates and TLC.

Thank you Alice for the review. I’m sorry to hear that you think the condo needs updates. The photos represent the property extremely accurately. Both bathrooms have been very recently updated, the kitchen as well, with new high end appliances. All of the flooring was also recently replaced. As far as outside, the HOA replaced all decking and walkways just last year. I will continue to work hard to make it a space for guest to feel at home when they are visiting. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay overall.

The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully updated, and decorated with gorgeous furniture and furnishings. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. All of the appliances were new and the entire place was very well maintained.We especially enjoyed the pool—it was beautiful, clean, and a great place to relax during our stay. In addition to that, there was a complementary bottle of wine that we enjoyed by the lake watching the sunset. The location was also fantastic and very convenient to all of the attractions, restaurants, and activities Hot Springs has to offer.You can tell the owner has put a lot of care into creating a comfortable and welcoming place for her guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at JJ’s Sip and Stay again. Highly recommend!

Such a cute place! Accommodating towards pets and we appreciated that. Views of Lake Hamilton and pool view right outside the back deck. JJ thought of everything to make a comfortable stay and offered a bottle of wine too! Highly recommend.
