The apartment measures 55 m², is fully tiled, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional blackout curtains are available in the bedroom and the living/sleeping area.
The apartment is equipped with 2 colour satellite TVs (including an LCD TV), various Sky channels, a CD radio, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an espresso machine, and a telephone. A sunny terrace is perfect for sunbathing!
The building features a swimming pool, underground parking, an lift, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, and a bike storage room.
The swimming pool area includes an infrared sauna, a bio sauna, and a Finnish sauna (for a fee).
The complex features a children’s playground, various restaurants, cafés, and a bike rental service.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Seestern Residence. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a perfect family holiday.
On the ground floor of the Seestern Residence, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlour and our front desk right here on the property. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cots, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and children’s toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-bedroom holiday apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by lift, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
