Stay comfortably in Tulum at this 3-bedroom top floor condo located walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bikes and banks. The condo is part of Tuk Tulum a chic complex built with art walk, greenery and small shops on ground floor. Our condo is on the third floor accessed by elevator and features two king beds and two full beds, plus a cozy living room with an additional king sofa bed. Guests find three bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower and handy hair dryer. The condo offers a very spacious interior with a lovely kitchen and outdoor covered dining, making it a perfect spot for groups or families. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the private pool, BBQ and private solarium. The building has a separate common area pool with sun loungers as well. We have equipped the condo with quality linens, towels and cookware.

Just outside the tri level condo are two gourmet supermarkets and everything else Tulum and has to offer. Located just off of Coba avenue and route 307 you can easily grab public transportation or rent a car and use our free parking. The beach is straight down Coba avenue and the entrance to the Tulum Ruins and Jaguar park is down the road on route 307.

This is the best location for your stay because once you come back to the condo from your days activities you are close to the supermarket, restaurants and and night activities. Other areas such as La Vuelta or Aldea Zama are a taxi ride from town and offer little conveniences near by. There is no public transporation in those areas either. We have rental car bikes, atv, car rental just across the street along with ice cream shops, cafes, banks,taco shops, seafood, italian food etc. etc. You will not find a more conveniently located and quality place as Tuk Tulum and our condo.
