Thanks to the clever layout, it features both an en-suite bathroom with a RainShower shower, a separate toilet, and direct access to the balcony, as well as an extremely spacious living area with an open kitchen. The largely custom-made furniture in the living, sleeping, and kitchen areas is complemented by high-quality appliances such as a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a standard drip coffee maker, a microwave, a ceramic induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, etc., as well as two large LCD flat-screen TVs in the living and bedroom areas. The spacious table with a bench and designer chairs in the dining area invites you to linger, as does the cosy Hussen sofa. Outside, you’ll also find two comfortable outdoor armchairs with a table and stools.

The parking space is located approximately 150 metres from the apartment.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee.
