Das Studio, hatte leider nur ein Fenster am einen Ende und die Luft war wirklich sehr stickig im Raum, auch die Klimaanlage half nicht viel. Schade, sonst war alles ok.

Lage am See wunderschön, nur unsere Wohnung hat leider nicht ganz der Beschreibung und unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen, Blick auf Parkplatz, kein direkter Zugang zu Garten/See, nur ein Fenster, Leider modriger Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung, das hat den Wohlfühlfaktor extrem minimiert. Für den Kurzurlaub von 3 Tagen war es schon grenzwertig, daher für längeren Aufenthalt leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist eindeutig, klar und ohne Fehler. Es wurde nie ein direkter Zugang zum Garten oder zum See versprochen. Auf den Bildern ist das Fenster klar zu erkennen. Es ist Aufgabe des Gastes vor dem Buchen die Beschreibung und die Bilder zu prüfen ob diese seinen Vorstellungen entsprechen. Die Wohnung wurde im laufe des Jahres 2022 komplett neu gestrichen, wird permanent sehr sauber gereinigt. Woher dieser modrige Geruch stammen soll ist unklar denn ich habe selber jahrelang in dieser Wohnung gelebt und zwar permanent nicht nur 3 Tage und hab nie einen modrigen Geruch feststellen können schon gar nicht dass dieser den Wohlfühlfaktor beeinträchtigt hätte.
