Welcome to the exquisite "Katamaran" holiday apartment! Enjoy your holiday with up to four people in this 98 m² apartment. Spend your vacation in a prime location at the OstseeResort Olpenitz.
The open-plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen is flooded with natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and invites you to relax. From here, you have direct access to the furnished balcony. Sit back, enjoy the view, and breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air.
The entire apartment is stylishly and luxuriously furnished. The eat-in kitchen offers everything you need to cook together or enjoy a cozy game night around the dining table. On rainy days, you can cozy up in front of the fireplace.
The master bedroom features a box-spring bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are tastefully and luxuriously furnished and include a flat-screen TV and blackout curtains. A restful night's sleep is guaranteed – and who wouldn't love waking up to a sea view?
The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and an infrared sauna. This is the perfect place to relax after a long walk on a cooler day and simply unwind.
Our favorite spot is the balcony in the "Katamaran" – here you can enjoy wonderful barbecues in the summer thanks to the electric grill. You can park your car directly in front of the accommodation.

Please note that construction and renovation work is taking place in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation. Prices have already been reduced due to this situation, and a subsequent discount is not possible.

Sehr hochwertig ausgestattete geräumige Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet – man vermisst wirklich nichts. Auch wenn der Blick der Wohnung nicht direkt Richtung Wasser ausgerichtet ist – der 3/4 umlaufende Balkon bietet dennoch die Option auf's Wasser zu blicken. Der Edeka in Fußnähe ist sehr gut ausgestattet – und auch die kleine Strandbar liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt in Olpenitz sehr genossen.

Super Lage, von 2 Richtungen guckt man aufs Wasser. Infrastruktur muss noch aufholen, aber Edeka, Italienisches Restaurant, Eiscafe, Burger-Foodtruck und Eiswagen haben überdurchschnittlich gute Qualität. Leider war direkt nebenan eine Baustelle mit Baulärm von Mo-Sa ab 7 Uhr. Ausstattung gut, Betten/Matratzen ein wenig zu weich (aber das ist ja Geschmacksache)

Die Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet, und auch die vielen Balkonmöbel haben uns sehr gefallen..

Die Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet, und auch die vielen Balkonmöbel haben uns sehr gefallen. Neben der Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung ist besonders die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Unterkunft hervorzuheben.
