The Space:

Guests will love the high ceilings and views of the Shard from the living room.!



An open plan living/kitchen area with luxury wooden floors throughout all with underfloor heating. The kitchen is Italian designed and has all the mod cons and appliances needed for a home from home stay.

The living room has access to a smart TV available to download your Netflix account or any other apps you prefer.

Off the kitchen there is a separate utility room space with washer/dryer and any cleaning equipment you may require during your stay.



The Master bedroom is complete with large built in wardrobe storage and en suite Italian designed bathroom with shower.

Room darkening blinds and hotel quality linen and towels are provided to make you stay a restful one.

The Neighborhood:

Borough gets its name from a time when it was the only borough outside the City of London. In the 16th and 17th centuries, the area was a playground famed for its inns, theatres and the notorious Southwark Fair which was shut down in 1762 after being deemed too debauched.



The area is steeped in history and retains much of its enormous character in many of its buildings, cobbled streets and shops..

There still remains famous theatres, wonderful pubs dating backing to medieval times and home to the famous Borough Market.



The area has such a diverse population with a large creative community, city workers and local residents all attracted by what the area has to offer. It can certainly lay claim to being one of the city’s most exciting and interesting places to live.

- THE SHARD is the tallest building in the UK and Wester Europe and its viewing platforms attract thousands of visitors every year.

RIVER - Half hourly river boat services run to Canary Wharf and Greenwich from London Bridge Pier.
