The Condominium is called The Yacht Club at Aventura and it’s a Resort style complex in a Guard gated community with 24 hr security patrol. You will find many amenities like : Marina, Tennis , heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, Pickle ball, Fitness center, Business center, BBQ area, Club house, children’s playground , Racket ball and even a mini market. The area has several methods of free transportation in front of our Guard Gate and its close to several parks, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Gulf Stream Casino. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling.
