The house has its own private dock. Because you are here in a green fjord in front of Dubrovnik. You can jump directly from the jetty into the water or reach the beautiful pebble beaches of the region in about 5 km distance.
Dubrovnik you should of course, because of the proximity, explore extensively. Besides the beautiful old town, which is known for its limestone streets, you can visit the many museums and enjoy the azure blue water.
