This unique, large, 1 bedroom garden apartment sleeps up to 4 people and occupies the ground floor of the owners (Australians) home. It is set amidst a beautiful garden with 12 ancient olive and pomegranate trees. The home is situated on a quiet pedestrian street, while the garden apartment has its own private entry, and exclusive use of the front garden and the spacious al-fresco dining area with filtered sea views. It is a 5 -15min walk away from almost everything in town: the Old Town of Dubrovnik, beaches, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, the medical centre, downtown, parking station, and public transport.
Parking is available on the street or at the Public Car Park some 4 min walk away. A new open car park is being built and will be a 2 minute walk away.
A new, sophisticated prosecco bar with fabulous views has just opened up down the street next to the outdoor cinema.
Long term stays are allowed.

The space and surrounding area:
This apartment is located in the affluent Boninovo district and is surrounded by the finest villas in Dubrovnik. The only apartment in the property, it is on a quiet old estate well away from the street. Occupying the ground floor of the owner’s house, it is set in a beautiful garden with twelve ancient olive trees. With it’s own private entry, the apartment has exclusive use of a private traditional covered terrace for al-fresco dining with filtered sea views.
The spacious bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and double wardrobes, while the separate lounge room enjoys quality designer leather seating and a day bed that opens up into a queen size bed. The property was fully renovated 8 years ago and the apartment now has a modern shower room and separate eat in, fully equipped, country kitchen.
Other facilities include: reverse cycle air-con, under-floor heating, free fast-speed unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection, 55" smart TV, dishwasher, washer, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.
From centrally located Boninovo it is possible to walk to all parts of Dubrovnik, including the restaurant districts of the Old Town, Lapad Bay, and Gruz harbour. While the apartment is within a 5min walk to the nearest swimming spot, you will need to be fit to tackle the stairs back up from it. Within walking distance or a short bus ride away are the swimming areas of Banja Beach, Suljic Bay, Dance, Lapad Bay and Copacabana Beach. It is also a 10min leisurely walk, along an historic lane-way, to the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Supermarket, chemist and medical centre are a 5 min walk away, as is the bus stop from where you can go to other parts of the city and nearby villages. The funicular station, which takes you to the top of Mt. Srdj (where the views are spectacular and can be enjoyed over a drink or dinner at the mountain top cafe and restaurant Panorama), is a 10-12min walk away.
Parking is available in the undercover secure Parking Station which is a 4 min walk away, or in a public open air car park, at the back of the outdoor cinema (Kino Slavica) some 100 metres away.
Guest access:
Guests come in through the shared front security gates, but have their own private entry into their ground floor apartment. Exclusive use of the al-fresco/outdoor dining terrace is guaranteed as is the front garden directly in front of the apartment.

Bedroom:- 1 king size bed with a new mattress, bedside tables with draws, large built-in wardrobe, linen, doonas, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, ironing board and iron. Windows have external shutters and internal shutters for total block-out for a perfect night sleep.
Bathroom: Towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
Beach essentials: - Beach towels and beach bag are provided for your convenience.
