1-room apartment for 1–2 people, approx. 35 m². Living/sleeping area with a double bed and couch, TV, separate dining area, kitchenette, balcony or terrace, bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking space available.

You’ll stay in a well-maintained and comfortably furnished one-room apartment for up to 2 people. The bright living and sleeping area offers a cosy atmosphere for relaxation. A separate dining area and a practical kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave with pizza and grill functions ensure that you can feel right at home even while on holiday.

The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a radio. You can enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air on your private terrace. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.

The beach is only about a minute’s walk away—ideal for spontaneous walks by the sea or a refreshing day at the beach.

Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully situated holiday apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s just about 150 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 holiday apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.

Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to your apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bicycles (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
