A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with a shower and toilet.

TIME TO HEAD TO THE SEA! Our beautiful half-timbered houses “Am Achterwasser” are located on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom in the traditional farming and fishing village of Warthe. It takes just 25 minutes to reach the Baltic Sea beach. This village-like complex offers apartments in various sizes. The property is located on the outskirts of town and features a 3,260-square-meter garden with impressive views. A swimming spot and a small harbour on the Achterwasser are approximately 500 metres away.
You have the option to enjoy a relaxing holiday here or to rent a property on a long-term basis as your holiday home.
