Spacious attic apartment with a large living/dining area, open-concept kitchen, wood-burning stove, and a wonderful panoramic view. Two separate bedrooms with double beds and a loft sleeping four. The bathroom with a shower is accessible from both bedrooms. A guest bathroom is available.

Dogs are welcome! A bike rental shop is located nearby. Wi-Fi (limited) is available via a central router. Free parking is available on the premises. Extra beds and cots for small children are available upon request.
Time to head to the sea! Just a 5-minute walk from the Achterwasser and 25 minutes from the Baltic Sea beach, our beautiful half-timbered houses “Am Achterwasser” are located in the traditional farming and fishing village of Warthe on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. Set in a village-like complex, there are apartments of various sizes to choose from. The property is located on the outskirts of town and consists of a 3,260-square-meter garden and 6,000 square metres of adjacent fields. From the garden, you have an impressive view all the way to the Achterwasser. Swimming spots and a small harbour are about 500 metres away.
You have the option to simply enjoy a relaxing holiday here or to rent a property on a long-term basis as your holiday home.
