Thanks for staying with us, glad you had a good time and that many fish were caught and that many prizes were awarded. Congrats to all the winners (and losers, because fishing Lake Vermilion is a reward in and of itself). :) PS - We hope the rental app eventually allows us to add a directions video and/or in-order detailed pics. Those would be handy for the last 100 yards (we've mentioned this need to tech support). Google Maps is accurate, but some guests experience cell update lags (depending on provider) or second guess the "parking lot that used to be a road" situation (I won't bore you with how that design magically appeared one year LOL).

Getaway to Wakemup Narrows
We really enjoyed this getaway spot! The cabin is quite comfortable and fully stocked with everything needed inside and out. The location is well sheltered in the narrows with access to many fishing spots.There are beautiful views of the sunset. This would be a great spot for seeing the northern lights!We hope to make this our escape location again in the future!

Cute cabin and very well stocked. Owner has thought of everything. Great location near 3 resorts so buying bait and boat gas convenient. Especially loved sitting by the fireplace and watching the sunsets on cool nights.

Beautiful and Cozy Cabin
This cabin has a lovely view and everything you need for a great vacation on the lake - nice dock, kayaks, water bikes, yard games and board games for those rainy days. There is a nice boat launch just a few miles down the road. We had a great week and will definitely book again.

Owners are very sweet and accommodating people willing to help any minute! Cabin is beautiful with outstanding views of the lake. We had incredible fishing time catching bass, northern and walleye. We definitely will be back!

Awesome stay
Myself, my husband, our dog, and our niece and nephew and their dog stayed at this beautiful cabin on the lake. We did all of the water sports that were provided, including the water bikes, the pedal boat, the kayaks, and we were able to dock our boat and take it out right from the property. They had every amenity you can think of an even left snacks and mementos to take home. The hosts were friendly and attentive. Will definitely consider coming back again! Highly recommend!

Great, great place. Cute, super clean and very attentive owners. Stocked with absolutely everything! From umbrellas to bug spray, Kleenex, shampoo, extra blankets and the list goes on. Lisa and Phil were great hosts! Very friendly and helpful; even helped recover our boat when it broke free from their dock during a storm. Cabin was great; very well furnished and a good location. Even had a bear visit 2 nights in a row! They warned us about it when they saw it so that we were safe when taking our dog out after dark.

Great escape
This was a great escape from the city! Beautiful sunsets from the deck and relaxing morning with many unique bird visitors. A giant lake to cruise around and fish. Perfect setup inside for what we needed. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful with nearby spots to check out!

Quiet cozy cabin.
We tried other places on lake vermillion, but this was the best by far! The owners are very personal, and literally think of everything! We didn’t need to bring anything but our food and clothes! Well stocked, comfortable, and a great view!
