Wonderland Unit B doesn't do boring. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeping 12 — pool, ping pong, turf soccer field, grass pickleball, cornhole, and a BBQ all on one lot. East Austin's MLK neighborhood puts you 10 minutes from downtown and close to some of the best food and bars the city has to offer.

The living room runs on music — record shelves on the walls, a record player on the credenza, and a "PUT YOUR RECORDS ON" sign that sets the tone for the whole stay. Open kitchen with a butcher block island, fully stocked.

3 bedrooms sleeping 12. The primary king opens straight to the pool — its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. The bunk room fits 6 across 2 twin-over-full bunks. The third has 2 full beds and a calm, clean finish.

Out back: a full in-ground pool with floats, picnic tables under teal umbrellas, ping pong, cornhole, bean bags, and a gas grill.

Out front: a turf soccer field with goals and a grass pickleball set — balls and paddles included.
