Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
This is a ‘neighborly’ area. Please respect my neighbors’ privacy, and respect the quiet hours. Neighbors have let me know before, when guests have been unruly. Guests will be granted one warning, and if excess noise exists a second time during quiet hours, guests will need to leave and no refunds can be given.

Late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur a fee

Violation will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee

Trash day is Friday
If your stay includes Thursday night, please:
Place all garbage, recycling, and compost in the correct bins
Move bins to the curb Thursday evening (or before 7:00 AM Friday)
Return bins to their original location after pickup

Recycling: clean paper, cardboard, cans, plastics (no food residue)
Compost: food scraps and food-soiled paper (no plastic)

Do not overfill bins or leave trash outside, as this may attract pests

Parking
Park only in designated areas: Guests may use the driveway. Vehicles cannot per parked on the street, unmoved, for more than 2 days at a time.
Do not block driveways or neighboring properties

Safety & Compliance
No illegal activity
Follow all posted safety guidelines (including any for stairs, decks, etc.)
Children must be supervised at all times

Monitoring
Exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices may be in use
Do not tamper with or disable these devices

Pool Rules
No one may swim alone (strictly enforced)
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
Swim at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty
No running, diving, or rough play in or around the pool
No glass in the pool area
No swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Follow all posted pool depth and safety signage
Use the pool at your own risk; host is not responsible for injury
