The Sequoia House is a spacious home located on the first floor of a two-story duplex. This unit features its own entrance and a private, fully fenced backyard and is entirely separate from the upstairs one-bedroom unit. The only thing that is shared is the parking pad in front of the home. There is one (1) dedicated parking space for each side of the duplex.
Creswell, with quick access to the I-5 freeway, is conveniently located 10 miles south of Eugene and 10 miles north of Cottage Grove. All major hospitals in the Eugene-Springfield and Cottage Grove areas are within a 15-to 25-minute drive. It's a great place to work from home and for an extended stay. University of Oregon and Autzen Stadium are a 15-minute drive from The Sequoia House. It's close to hiking, bike trails, wineries, & other outdoor activities. Creswell offers the best of small-town living, with the added convenience of being just minutes off the I-5 freeway. The Sequoia House is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, an excellent bakery, and a library. It's the kind of small town that you may fall in love with!

Although it's nicknamed "The Friendly City," it's actually a small town. Within walking distance of The Sequoia House, there are several restaurants, Creswell Bakery, which offers amazingly delicious bread and treats, a small grocery store, a public library, and seasonal farmers' markets. It's a short drive to the Creswell Bi-Mart and the charming Blue Valley Bistro coffee shop. There's also a golf course, Emerald Valley Country Club, and a small hobby airport. During the summer, there's a weekly farmers market in town and free movies in the park. Award-winning wineries of the Southern Willamette Valley region are within a 30-minute drive through rolling green hills and gorgeous countryside. Just up the road from the renowned King Estate Winery is Carpenter Bypass, a 19-mile network of forested trails that are great for mountain bikers, hikers, and horseback riders. An hour and a half drive west from The Sequoia House brings you to the Oregon coast town of Florence and the dunes, where you'll find many fabulous restaurants, hiking, quad riding on the dunes, and fun on the beach.
There's much to see and do in this beautiful part of Oregon, and The Sequoia House is a fantastic home base. Creswell offers the best of small-town living, with the added convenience of being just minutes off the I-5 freeway. It's the kind of small town that you may fall in love with! Creswell is very convenient. We're only minutes from the highway, and Eugene is a quick 10-mile drive north. It's actually faster to get to the Autzen Stadium and the University of Oregon from Creswell than from many other areas of Eugene. Cottage Grove is 10 miles south. There's a public bus that runs daily from Creswell as well. Beautiful backcountry roads are also very popular with long-distance bike riders.
