The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you use the gas grill; be sure to shut propane tank off and that the grill cover is replaced onto the grill and is secured.
Place all beach gear back into the garage neatly. If beach chairs are wet, leave them unfolded in garage to air out to avoid rust and mold.
Place lawn chairs neatly stacked back in garage. Be sure garage door is closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
