Holiday Apartment 1, located on the ground floor of Haus Mantuja, offers 40 m² of space and is the ideal retreat for up to 3 people. You’ll feel right at home here! The bright living room, with a comfortable sleeper sofa (140x200) and a TV, invites you to relax—perfect for cosy evenings. The separate bedroom, with a large double bed (180x200), ensures a restful night’s sleep after an eventful day. The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you could need. Here you’ll find a refrigerator, a microwave, two hobs, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle—everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. The bathroom is both modern and practical, featuring a washing machine, shower, and toilet. The terrace of Holiday Rental 1 is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh air. With cosy seating, a parasol, and a grill, you can spend relaxing hours here—whether enjoying breakfast in the sun or a cosy barbecue evening surrounded by nature. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.

An additional bed for a child up to 10 years old is available and can be arranged with the landlord if needed.

With a stunning view of the vast, unspoiled Bodden landscape, it’s sure to become your new favourite spot for relaxing getaways. Here you’ll find a large house with three individually furnished holiday apartments and a spacious garden that’s perfect for relaxing, playing, and barbecuing.
Holiday Apartment 1 and Holiday Apartment 2 are located on the ground floor and each offer a welcoming atmosphere. Holiday Apartment 1 is ideal for up to 3 people and is particularly well-suited for couples or small families looking for a cosy retreat. Right next door is Holiday Rental 2, which accommodates up to 4 people—perfect for families or friends who want to relax together.
Each rental has its own terrace where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or wind down the evening in a relaxed setting. In the mood for a barbecue? No problem—the barbecue facilities will make your outdoor experience perfect! The large garden invites you to enjoy the fresh air, let the kids play, try out the ping-pong table, or simply unwind.

For bookings between October 1 and April 30, heating costs (electricity metre) apply. These are not included in the rental rates and will be billed based on usage.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
