Nestled in the heart of Pawnee, The Whitfield Cottage is a beautifully restored 1910 home filled with vintage charm and modern comforts. Thoughtfully curated with cozy furnishings and timeless touches, this inviting home is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and feel right at home.

The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 7 adult guests with three spacious bedrooms featuring two king beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed setup that’s perfect for families or groups. Every bedroom includes its own TV for added comfort and convenience. There is a pack and play available for infants upon request.

Guests can unwind in two full bathrooms, including one with the home’s original clawfoot tub — ideal for a long soak after a day of exploring. A second bathroom offers a convenient shower/tub combo. The home also features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and an in-home laundry room with washer and dryer available for guest use.

The home was as described, very comfortable, cozy and yet very spacious. We loved the decor and location. Very gracious host with thoughtfulness in providing a welcoming place to stay.We definitely plan to stay there again in the future.

This was perfect for what we needed, I really thought about leaving a bad review so I could make sure I got this location in the future,J/K. I'd stay there anytime it was a quick trip into Stillwater. I just wish we would've had time to stop and eat at some of the local places (Click and Ranch Burger). I heard wonderful things about both places. The cottage was perfect, snacks, bed, coffee, tea, and everything you would need for a stay.

The love behind hosting this home runs much deeper than simply offering a place to stay — it’s rooted in family, memories, and a lifelong appreciation for vintage charm. The name Whitfield Cottage was inspired by my grandparents, the Whitfields, who played a huge role in shaping my love for antiques, old homes, and meaningful spaces.

My granny especially shared that passion with me. We spent countless hours exploring antique stores, admiring vintage treasures, and taking little road trips to photograph historic homes together. Those memories inspired so much of the character and feeling behind this cottage.

Hosting allows me to share not only a beautifully restored home, but also a piece of the nostalgia, warmth, and comfort that I grew up loving. Every vintage detail was chosen with care to create a cozy, welcoming space where guests can relax, slow down, and feel at home while making memories of their own.
