The Cowboy’s Retreat is the perfect escape or landing spot for those wanting to be 15 min from N Stillwater or 25 min from GIA or Boone Pickens! An easy drive to campus for all of OSUs activities!
Stay with us at TCR to have all the amenities of home, a peaceful & relaxing experience, & perfect access to OSU events!
Everything including bedding, utensils, bath towels.. it is all brand new!

TCR is free of the chaos of Stillwater but close enough to get to you to the action in a few minutes!

The house is 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has a full laundry room with washer and dryer (and extra shower) and detergent provided. Off the front porch you will find a porch swing with a great view. Off the back porch, under the twinkle lights, is patio seating for you to to enjoy a quiet dinner outside or sit around the fire pit. There is a new propane grill available on the back porch with plenty of seating for a large family!

The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, dishes, cups, wine glasses (a must!), a fridge with ice maker, a warming drawer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, copper sink, and gorgeous chandelier! We also have children's dishes and a travel sized foldable high chair available. The dining table seats 6 and the bar top seats 2.

There is a full bath right off the living room that has a tub/shower combo. The living room has a recliner, and couch with recliners in the ends. The TV is roku enabled to access Netflix, Disney+, and any other apps. Wifi and log ins included!

The Master bed features a king bed with all new bedding and a big closet. The master bath has a tile walk in shower, soaker tub, and his and hers vanities.

The guest rooms have a queen and full bed with all new bedding and big closets for storage.

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY:

🐶🐱 Absolutely NO pets including emotional support animals. $1000 fine if caught with animals or animals on the property are suspected🐶🐱

📸 Outside security camera on porch (easily noticeable) records 24/7 for security purposes. Guests are not permitted to unplug this camera at anytime for any reason. 📸

🚬This is a strict no smoking/no vaping inside OR outside property. Additionally, if you are a smoker please do not book this property. Our family has allergies and our home cannot accommodate second hand smoke on clothes belongings etc. Minimum $250 fine if caught smoking, higher fine if smoke is detectible inside 🚬

🐮Do not enter the barns or cattle pens adjacent to the house. We occasionally have cattle there or in the pasture🐮

🌾 Please don’t park in any grass anywhere on the property. There is plenty of gravel parking available 🌾

🦌🦃 Hunters Welcome to stay! But absolutely no hunting on site and unfortunately there is not a good spot to clean deer or birds at this property. You’ll need to make other arrangements for a location to clean the animals you harvest 🦌🦃

🍻OSU Students (or anyone else) NO PARTIES. DON’T ASK. DON’T SNEAK. I’ll gladly invite myself and law enforcement if you think you can get away with it. 🍻.

🥩GRILL: propane grill on the back porch. Do not move it. Clean it after use with the tools next to it. Recover grill after it has a chance to cool down. Turn propane OFF. If you run out of propane, message me. I usually have an extra tank at the property🥩
