Newly renovated apartment, stylishly furnished in a central location. Only a few minutes' walk to the historic Marktstraße.Great view of the Isar.

Living room with sofa bed, bedroom with queen-size bed 160 x 200, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker.and microwave. The apartment also has a washing machine and a dryer, both are available to the guest. Music can played via Sonos and Netflix is also available.

Bakeries and shops in the immediate vicinity.Restaurants and cafes in 5 min. walking distance. Wi-Fi, privateparking.

There is a lockable bicycle box on the property. E-bikes can be charged without any problems. The box also offers space for a stroller. In winter, skis/snowboards can also be stored. The parking lot is under video surveillance.

    Merry Christmas

    The apartment was modern and clean with a washer and dryer. We were able to park right outside. The stairs were straight up so pack light! Or smaller bags. I would say the only drawback was the modern drawers in the kitchen that constantly popped open. If you’re not planning on cooking it’s not a problem. We cooked Christmas Dinner with great success. It was a very quiet stay.

    FeWo zentral gelegen und sehr ruhig

    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung mit sehr viel Tageslicht und technisch gut ausgestattet. Ein sehr schönes Badzimmer. Aufgrund der Jahreszeit und Wetter haben wir den Balkon nicht vermisst.

    Tolles Apartment. Alles klasse und 5 Sterne. Was könnte man verbessern? Für alle Gäste, die wie ich nur im dunklen gut schlafen können fehlt es an Möglichkeiten die Wohnung ausreichend abzudunkeln- Lösung evtl Schlafmasken auszulegen. PS Für kids ist die Schlafcouch gut, für Erwachsene nicht zu empfehlen.

    Schöne sauberer Wohnung n bester Lage

    Wir waren von der Wohnung begeistert. Es sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten sind super bequem und das Bad war super sauber. Die Dusche ist ebenfallf sehr komfortabel. Der Host hat alles versucht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit bevorzugt zu einem Hotel wieder buchen und kann es nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

    Zwei tolle Wochen im Appartement SaLu

    Tolle moderne, zentrumsnahe aber sehr ruhige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Wohnung wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Appartement und stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Besonders toll war das Vorhandensein einer großen abschließbaren Fahrradbox am Haus, so dass wir unsere beiden E-Bikes dort direkt einschließen und auch laden konnten. Das Appartement würden wir wieder mieten und auch weiter empfehlen. Die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter klappte hervorragend.
