This charming, tastefully restored townhouse with three floors is the ideal place to spend your pleasant vacation.
The house is furnished with a touch of modernity while maintaining the authenticity of the place, especially with its original staircase and the remains of an old fireplace in which a modern wood stove is enthroned. The beautiful house is stylishly furnished and offers a lovely home for you and your family.
At the back it opens a sheltered small garden where you can relax on the terrace with garden furniture. A second natural area, equipped with deck chairs - garden furniture and barbecue under the trees invites you to relax and for children's games.

A few steps away is the port of Erquy, a fishing port where fishermen unload shells and sell them at auction.
The large, fine sandy beach of Erquy is very busy during the summer season. Mingle with the people and enjoy the hustle and bustle.

If you are a hiker, you will get your money's worth along the coastline on the publican's path, which offers a panoramic view along the entire shore.

Erquy, an ideal place to taste seafood and especially scallops. Bon appetit!

Très jolie maison de bourg, bien placée, calme

Tres bien située à Erquy, la maison est pratique, joliment restaurée, confortable. Et les propriétaires sont charmants !☺️ Nous espérons revenir l’an prochain et plus profiter du jardin ( la météo n’était pas parfaite cette année)
