When furnishing our approximately 90-square-meter apartment, we placed special emphasis on natural, high-quality materials and unique, handcrafted pieces. In addition to free Wi-Fi, you’ll find a cosy living and dining area with a solid-wood table for four, a comfortable sofa, a wood-burning stove (with free firewood), a flat-screen TV (with Prime and Disney+), a work nook, a Bluetooth speaker, and a games and books corner. In the bedroom, a 2x2-metre solid-wood bed with hypoallergenic mattress covers, a closet, a chest of drawers, and reading lamps ensure a restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, as well as coffee, tea, and spices. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, washing machine, and hair dryer. Outside, you can relax on your private terrace with a grill or in the garden with a hammock, lounge chairs, and a fire pit. A parking space next to the house and a lockable bike storage area (upon request) are also available. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. An extra bed is available upon request. Free for children. For guests aged 16 and older, a one-time flat fee of 25.00 EUR applies. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over contactlessly via a key safe. You will receive the code directly from your host. Pets are not allowed. A fully equipped baby cot is available for 10 EUR per stay. PLEASE NOTE: The bed for the third person is a rollaway bed in the living room, available for a fee of 15 EUR per person per night. A baby cot (travel cot) is available upon request. Included services: Final cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, hand towels and tea towels, bed linens, dish soap and laundry detergent, coffee and tea supplies, spices, bathroom amenities (facial tissues, hand soap). An air conditioner is available for rent upon request for a fee.
