The 60 m² apartment is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by lift. It was extensively renovated in 2022, and with its tasteful, well-maintained furnishings, it offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay in Flensburg.

The heart of the apartment is the bright, open-concept living area. A comfortable sofa and a cosy armchair invite you to relax. A large TV with international channels provides entertainment. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. A built-in desk makes the apartment ideal for longer stays or remote work. Free Wi-Fi with a speed of at least 25 Mbit/s is, of course, available.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.

The separate bedroom offers a pleasant and quiet atmosphere for restful nights. For families with small children, a cot and a high chair are also available. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. A hair dryer and a full-length mirror round out the comfortable amenities.

You can conveniently park your car in the free private car park right next to the apartment. An exclusive basement storage room is available for any e-bikes you bring with you.
