Both the Kurplatz/bathhouse and the Weststrand are each only about 200 m away.<br><br>The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a spacious closet, and a smart TV (with adjustable position).<br><br>The living room, which includes a built-in kitchenette, offers additional sleeping accommodation for two people on the pull-out sofa bed (sleeping area 1.40 x 2.00 m). <br><br>The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, microwave with grill function, electric hand blender, toaster, fully automatic coffee machine, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, etc. Most appliances are by Siemens. From the adjacent dining area, you have a beautiful view over the rooftops of Norderney. <br><br>In the living area, you can wind down at the end of the day on the cosy sofa or the beanbag (SACKit). It features internet radio, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with a Sonos soundbar that can be adjusted to various positions. A PlayStation 4 with various games is also available.<br><br>In addition, there is a modern bathroom with a shower. <br><br>The non-smoking apartment is approximately 40 square metres in size and is located in the attic (no lift).<br><br>It can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children. <br><br>For our younger guests, we provide a travel cot with bedding, a high chair, a booster seat, children’s tableware, and various games, books, and art supplies. <br><br>The house has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. This is available to all guests and operates on a coin-operated basis. <br><br>We love pets. However, out of consideration for our guests with allergies, we cannot allow pets to stay with us.
