About Us
Hello & welcome!
My name is Erika L. Noltimier. My husband and I are semi-retired and excited to begin a new chapter as owners and property managers of Bridge & Bay Stays, offering furnished short-term and long-term rental homes in Seattle. This two location : • Where the Garden & Puget Sound Meet – Magnolia • Magnolia Home with Views in the Heart of Seattle
Before this venture, we enjoyed long and rewarding careers. I owned and operated a licensed family childcare home for over 32 years while raising our two wonderful daughters. My husband worked in the HVAC industry for more than 30 years. Together, we built our lives around hard work, family, and serving others.
I immigrated to USA from Colombia 40 years ago. Raised in a large and loving family of Catholic and Jewish heritage, I learned the values of respect, responsibility, compassion, and perseverance. Before coming to the U.S., I worked in our family businesses, including clothing manufacturing, children's recreation, and marketing.
My education is in business studies in Colombia and a degree in Early Childhood Education from NSCC .Throughout my childcare career, I was fully license by the State in addition of completed more than 300 hours of additional professional training, including Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophies.
One of the greatest joys of our careers has been meeting people from many walks of life. These experiences have taught us that while our stories may be different, we share many of the same hopes, values, and dreams. We believe every person has something meaningful to teach us, and we appreciate the opportunity to connect with others.
We also enjoy traveling, hiking, wildlife, new places, great food, and meaningful conversations.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about us. We hope your stay is comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. We would love to learn about you as well, please feel free to share something with us in Gust book
regards!
