It’s ideal for families or friends who want to spend some relaxing days together. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room, featuring a large sleeper sofa (240x200) that sleeps up to 3 people and a TV for cosy film nights. The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200) and is perfect for restful nights. A particularly convenient feature: both the living room and the bedroom have direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is perfectly equipped for home cooks. With a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, you’ll have everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. The modern bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and even a washing machine, so you can feel right at home even during longer stays.
The terrace is a real highlight of this apartment. It’s equipped with comfortable seating, an awning for shady moments, and a grill—ideal for cosy outdoor meals or relaxing summer evenings. Here, you can enjoy the fresh air and leave your everyday life behind.

Holiday Apartment 1 and Holiday Apartment 2 are located on the ground floor and each offer a welcoming atmosphere. Holiday Apartment 1 is ideal for up to 3 people and is particularly well-suited for couples or small families looking for a cosy retreat. Right next door is Holiday Rental 2, which accommodates up to 4 people—perfect for families or friends who want to relax together.
Each apartment has its own terrace where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. In the mood for a barbecue? No problem—the barbecue facilities will make your outdoor experience perfect! The large garden invites you to enjoy the fresh air, let the kids play, try out the ping-pong table, or simply unwind.
