Beautiful and cosy 82-square-meter holiday apartment with a terrace in KELLENHUSEN TOR.
Located in a new building, this family-friendly apartment is centrally situated in the heart of Kellenhusen, close to the beach, and across from the supermarket, bakery, and Stolz department store.
A parking space is available right next to the building. Charging stations for electric cars are within walking distance. The forest, the beach, the pier, and the promenade are also just a short walk away.
The holiday rental itself features two bedrooms, each with a smart TV and box-spring beds (180x200 and 160x200), a guest bathroom, and a master bathroom with its own sauna.
Another highlight is the spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen. The indirect lighting can be adjusted to different colours and dimmed as desired via a touchscreen display. A 65" smart TV with a new Xbox console ensures there’s never a dull moment, even when the weather’s bad. The couch folds out into a comfortable sleeper sofa (160 cm x 200 cm), making the apartment perfect for up to 6 people. The 2-meter-long solid-wood dining table is perfect for shared meals and game nights. There’s also a 250 Mbit internet connection, making it possible to work from here as a “beach office.”
The kitchen is fully equipped and features not only a conventional coffee maker but also a Nespresso machine with a milk frother. Of course, a toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, blender, hand blender, juicer, etc., are also provided.
Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a cot (including a baby bumper), a changing pad, a high chair, a safety gate, children’s plastic dishes and utensils, and more, as well as a washer-dryer.
The terrace with an adjacent lawn, complete with a seating area and a lounge chair, invites you to relax.
There is a separate storage room for beach and sports gear you bring along. The entire apartment is wheelchair accessible.

A beautiful apartment that’s perfectly equipped. Every detail has been thought of with great care—you feel right at home here. We also really liked the location, right near shopping and bakeries—and the beach and promenade are within walking distance. We’d love to come back and are looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed there over New Year’s Eve with 4 adults and felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was there. The beach and supermarket were right around the corner. We had a wonderful time there.

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht ganz genau der Unterkunft. Der Wohn/Essbereich ist mit der Küchenzeile nicht mehr identisch zu den Bildern. Dort ist nun eine verschlossene Tür wo das kleine Fenster abgebildet ist.Sauberkeit war grenzwertig. Zum Teil haben wir verschimmelte kleine Brotreste vorgefunden, unterm Sofa bzw in den Ritzen waren auch genug Krümel zu finden. Mit Kleinkindern sehr ärgerlich. Leider war im vorhandenen Staubsauger nicht mal ein Beutel, sodass man nicht mal schnell selber Abhilfe hätte finden können. Und wer nimmt schon ein Staubsaugerbeutel von einem unbekannten Modell mit in den Urlaub. Zwar gab es einen Hinweis, dass man die Reinigungsfirma hätte informieren können, aber bei einem Kurztrip über ein Wochenende, wäre das ärgerliche Zeitverschwendung gewesen. Wohnung hatte aber für 6 Personen einen tollen Schnitt, auch wenn sie sehr kalt und lieblos gestaltet ist. Für den Preis eher enttäuschend.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt äußerst günstig, ruhig aber nicht zu weit außerhalb. Alles war fussläufig erreichbar. Der check-in war sehr unkompliziert. Allerdings wäre in der Zeit von Buchung bis zur Reise gerne mehr Kommunikation gewünscht gewesen. Nach Anzahlung sowie Zahlung des Restbetrag, wäre eine Meldung über diesen Eingang schön gewesen. Zudem hätte die Wohnung noch ein Stück sauberer sein können, Nachttische staubig etc.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren jetzt das 3.mal in der großen reede und es hat uns super gefallen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort. Es ist genug Platz, es ist sauber und alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Der nächste Urlaub ist schon gebucht und wir freuen uns schon riesig wieder in unser 2.zu hause bensersiel zu kommen.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Whg. (und schöner Urlaub :-)), war sauber. Zwei drei defekte Sachen wurden kurzfristig wieder in Ordnung gebracht. Kommunikation war auch gut. Wir sind nächstes Jahr wieder dort!!!
