Das Appartement benötigt dringend eine Renovierung und neue Einrichtung. Es ist eine Zumutung, dieses Appartement in einem derartigen Zustand zu vermieten. Bilder liegen Wiking bereits vor. Nicht nur alt und abgewohnt, sondern auch mit Flecken behaftet, gerade das Bett. Mir wurde ein Spannbetttuch gegeben, um die Flecken abzudecken. Der erwähnte Strandkorb im Angebot, ist vollkommen verwittert und kaputt. Außer die Küche, muss alles neu gemacht werden. Dieses Appartement war mehr als eine große Enttäuschung. Fair wäre es gewesen, ein anderes anzubieten oder ein Preisnachlass. Passiert ist aber leider gar nichts! Nie wieder!
