Beautiful little flat - very nicely decorated. Nice, safe residential area. We had bikes and it was very easy to get to the beach and to town on bikes.

Mein dritter Aufenthalt, in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Mittlerweile hat es Etwas von " nach Hause kommen" und wohlfĂŒhlen. Danke an die ReinigungskrĂ€fte fĂŒr eine sehr gut gereinigte Wohnung, und an die Handwerker, die kleine Defekte schnellst möglich behoben haben. Unschlagbar ist die Lage der Wohnung, der Strand ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt.

Im Inserat wurde nicht der Blick aus dem Fenster auf ein sehr marodes Mehrfamilienhaus erwĂ€hnt, man kam sich vor , als wĂŒrde man in einem Ghetto wohnen. Der GeschirrspĂŒler war bei Ankunft nicht funktionsfĂ€hig , trotz mehrerer Mails bekamen wir keinen neuen bzw. eine Mietminderung von 10%, die einem bei einer Ferienwohnung zusteht, in der die elektronischen GerĂ€te im Inserat aufgezĂ€hlt werden.

Ich habe die Ferienwohnung zum zweiten Mal genossen. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel, sehr geschmackvoll, und der Spaziergang durch das SĂŒdwĂ€ldchen zum Strand sehr schön. Das Preis - LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis ist stimmig, ich komme gerne wieder!!!

Ruhige, gemĂŒtliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gemĂŒtlich, gepflegt, gut aufgeteilt und liegt sehr ruhig. Ins Zentrum lĂ€uft man 15 min., an den Strand in 5 min durch das idyllische SĂŒdwĂ€ldchen. Allerdings blickt man direkt auf ein hĂ€ssliches Hochhaus. Wenn man das Appartment direkt ĂŒber die Agentur bucht, dann ist es gĂŒnstiger. Das fanden wir merkwĂŒrdig, da man ja bei FeWo direkt davon ausgeht, dass man direkt bucht und dadurch den gĂŒnstigsten Preis bekommt. Auch die 50 Euro fĂŒr das WĂ€schepaket fanden wir ĂŒbertrieben, eine Rolle Klopapier und einen SpĂŒllappen fĂŒr eine Woche dagegen sparsam. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.

Erstes Mal Sylt und ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung und sehr sauber. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Wir wÀren gerne lÀnger geblieben!!!
