We offer you a high-quality, fully furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.<br>Located right on the Warnemünde promenade, the old beach villa “Undine” was completely modernised in the 1990s. The beach access is directly across the street. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. <br>The exclusive “Meerzeit” holiday apartment on the 2nd floor features a large living room with a dining table, TV/radio/DVD player, and a cosy electric fireplace, free Wi-Fi, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (2.TV,: A travel cot for children without a mattress or bedding, as well as a high chair, are available), a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a spa-style bathroom with a bathtub/whirlpool, a high-end shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer, as well as a separate guest bathroom. In the small storage room, you’ll find a washing machine/dryer. There are also 2 balconies with stunning ocean views. <br>The built-in kitchen features a stove with a ceramic cooktop combined with a grill, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with an ice maker. A coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are, of course, provided. The apartment features tile and marble floors throughout and is reserved for non-smokers. A private parking space in the building is available free of charge. <br>You can easily reach your holiday apartment via the building’s lift (not wheelchair accessible). <br><br>The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,<br>(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).<br><br>You can also rent our “Caroline” and “Achterdeck” holiday apartments in the same building. <br><br>Restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is right around the corner.<br><br>We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and are always available by phone.
