This bright and cheerfully furnished holiday rental on the ground floor invites you to relax. With 3 rooms spanning approximately 83 m², there’s plenty of space for up to 4 people plus a baby to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

On the balcony, you can start your day with breakfast while enjoying the view of the sea or wind down the evening in peace. In the bright, spacious living room, you’ll find a comfortable seating area, a generous dining table for up to 4 people, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of games.

Even if you don’t want to go without internet access on your holiday using your own computer, you’re in good hands in this apartment. Use of DSL internet with Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.

The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and more.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m—single-piece mattress) and ample storage space. In the children’s room, you’ll find a comfortable bunk bed and a desk for the little ones. From here, you can enjoy a view of the sea.

The holiday rental has two bathrooms: a modern bathroom with a tub and a shower room.

All rooms have separate entrances. Floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors create a light-filled holiday atmosphere. Here you’ll find peace and relaxation.

A parking space in the enclosed courtyard is included in the price; bicycles and surfing gear can be stored and locked in a separate bike shed.

The beach is just a few metres away.

Here you can enjoy the ocean any time of year—less than 80 m from the beach and right on the edge of the Nienhäger coastal forest, an extraordinary architect-designed house with several apartments and a private lot was built in 2011.

All apartments were designed to be bright and filled with natural light.

A spacious parking space for your car and lockable bike garages are located on the enclosed property. Here you can also securely store your beach gear, such as surfboards, etc.
