Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash and dry all used dishes. Remove any food/drinks from the fridge. Gather all trash into main garbage bin under kitchen sink.
Turn off all lights. Set A/C to 72ºF. Close curtains
Please lock the door's deadbolt after checkout by pushing the lock button. You may need to push the door slightly for the deadbolt lock to fully engage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or use of illegal substances of any kind inside the suite or near the entrance. Smoke smell is VERY difficult and expensive to get rid of.
Our home is on a septic system—please don't put any of the following down the drain: food, coffee grounds, oils, fabric softener, feminine products.
