Wir wussten anhand der Fotos was uns erwartet, darum war es i.O. Es wurde auch nichts schöngeredet. Das Vermietungsbüro war super nett, kompetent und immer ansprechbar. Allerdings ist die Wohnung echt renovierungsbedürftig. Das Schlaf/Kinderzimmer ist sehr alt und das schmale Bett eine Zumutung. Die Matratze durchgelegen. Küche und Bad (ohne extra Heizquelle) haben auch ihre beste Zeit hinter sich. Die Ausstattung ein buntes Reste-Sammelsurium. Die Lage ist allerdings toll und der Blick aus der Loggia entschädigt für einiges. Sonnenuntergang eingeschlossen.

Das Schwimmbad war entgegen der Beschreibung nicht geöffnet. Die Möblierung war teilweise (vor allem Schlafzimmer) abgewohnt. Die Heizung war bei Bezug der Wohnung kalt, wurde aber trotz Feiertag umgehend eingestellt, diese Nachtspeicherheizung reagierte erst am nächsten Tag.

Das Schlafzimmer ist katastrophal, das gleiche gilt für das Bettzeug. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein Kinderzimmer und das Doppelbett viel zu schmal für 2 Erwachsene. Die ganze Wohnung müsste dringend renoviert werden. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht wieder mieten und und auch keinem empfehlen.
