Welcome to our lovely holiday rental on Borkum! You’ll be able to enjoy wonderful days on the island in these spacious, bright rooms. Ideal for a relaxing holiday for two.

The modernly furnished apartment measures 50 m² and is located on the ground floor of the building. An exterior staircase leads to your private entrance to the apartment. An optimal floor plan—featuring a living room with an integrated kitchen in a counter-style design, a separate bedroom, a hallway, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony—makes the apartment a true haven of comfort.

You can relax to your heart’s content in the cosy living/dining room, which features two sofas, a TV, and a radio/CD player. The full-length west-facing window gives this room a particularly beautiful atmosphere.

Fresh North Sea air is included with your stay in our holiday apartment on Borkum! From the living/dining room, you step out onto the large, covered west-facing balcony, where you can make yourself comfortable in garden chairs after a long bike ride.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for a pleasant self-catering experience during your Borkum holiday—including a 2-burner stove, a small, separate oven, a microwave, and various small appliances. You’ll find a dining table in the living area.

The holiday rental features a cosy, separate bedroom. A comfortable double bed with two mattresses (80 x 200 cm; head and foot ends are height-adjustable), a wardrobe, and a large mirror; as well as a small table with two chairs and a TV, making your stay here pleasant even during the day. The bedroom faces east, so it lets in the morning sun if you’d like. A second sleeping option is available on the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Further comfort awaits you in the holiday rental’s shower room. With a shower, toilet, sink with vanity cabinet, and a large mirror cabinet with a magnifying mirror, it’s also a place where you can feel right at home.

General Information: Free Wi-Fi is available. The floors are covered with designer flooring in a light wood finish. A hair dryer in the bathroom is provided, as are a vacuum cleaner and a cot. You can wash your laundry in the coin-operated washing machine located in the building’s communal basement. A clothes dryer is also available there for all guests of the house. There is a parking space in front of the house. Bicycles may be parked at the back of the house, in the courtyard. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property.

“Haus Oberlin,” located at the corner of Kirchstraße and Norderreihe, is in a central yet quiet location very close to the beach and is highly appreciated by our guests. Just a 5-minute walk and you’re at Borkum’s main beach!
Its proximity to the island’s train station, supermarkets, restaurants, and boutiques ensures you’ll have the perfect holiday.

The Lange Fenne, a vast expanse of meadows and pastures, lies directly behind the house. Here, you can set out on long walks or bike rides among horse pastures and water ditches.

Our cosy holiday apartments with balconies or terraces are wonderful, comfortable places for two to four people.
