Indoor and outdoor fireplace, large garden with sunbathing lawn. Quiet and very private. 3- 4 parking spaces. Picturesque village with several restaurants and small shop nearby. Outdoor swimming pool in 10m minutes walking distance. 15 minutes by car to Lugano or the lake.
