A dining area is available for shared meals.<br><br>Two separate bedrooms offer convenient layout options. Both rooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). Pillows and comforters are filled with a blend of synthetic and feather materials. The mailing address is also Franz-Habich-Straße 20.<br>The holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via a fairly steep staircase. For this reason, we do not recommend the apartment for young children. Free Wi-Fi is available in the holiday rental. The floors in the living room and bedroom are carpeted. The master bedroom has vinyl flooring. A hair dryer in the bathroom is provided as part of the standard furnishings. A vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack are also provided. The house has two high chairs and two cots. Two private parking spaces are available for the entire house. Bicycles can be parked in a designated area. Please understand that pets are not allowed.
