The living room is designed for comfort, with a brown recliner sofa and loveseat, a smart TV, and board games for easy evenings in. Just beyond, a small table for two offers a cozy spot for dining or planning the day ahead. Sliding glass doors lead you out to the waterfront patio, where peaceful cove views set the tone for relaxation. From here, you can even see the included boat slip and PWC slips, making it effortless to transition from lounging at home to enjoying time out on the water.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This unit offers parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot.

o One vehicle may park in the designated parking spot, which will be directly in front of the unit, while the second vehicle can use any open, unlabeled parking space.

• Please note, this building does not have an elevator. Parking is level with the first floor of the building.

• 12x40 boat slip & two PWC drive-on lifts included.

• HOA does not allow trailers on the premises. The closest boat ramp and trailer storage is at the Grand Glaze Marina (PB2)
