About this property

Beautiful four-story building with elevator. It is ideally located in the old Avoriaz (Dromonts village) between the bottom of the resort (the main ski slopes) and the center, which is a stone's throw from the restaurants, shops and the children's village which is about 200 meters away.

Sunny, bright, comfortable and functional apartment with a beautiful panoramic view of the Swiss border ridges and the ski area. It is south facing with a balcony, it has been completely renovated in a mountain chalet style.

Entrance with cupboard, separate toilet, bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen (multi-function microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher); the kitchen is open to the living room, which includes: 2 wood and leather armchairs, a coffee table, and a very comfortable BZ (bultex bedding 2 beds), cable TV, high speed internet, wi-fi.

The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), a closet and a chest of drawers, a TV with USB, HDMI and CD/DVD plugs.

Departure and arrival ski on foot.

Perfect location, beautiful views, quiet and comfortable

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed. Both the main bed and sofa bed were very comfy. As it's a corner plot there were no noise from any neighbours during our stay (feb half term) so it felt very peaceful and cosy. Very convenient also with the ski room being 2 floors down and ski out just below that. It was nice being able to cook simple healthy meals as opposed to eating out every day. The only thing that would make it 5*+ is an oven for something like making pizzas.
