Die Außentür des Hauses ist schlecht eingestellt und rumst zu. Wir hatten den Schlafraum 1 Stockwerk höher gelegen und wurden dadurch gestört. Ein Nachttisch ist kaputt, 1 Schloß des Wohnzimmerschrankes auch. Alles andere war okay. Schade, dass die Wohnung kein Wlan hat.

Die Ferienwohnung war gut und stilvoll mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Sie ist für 3 Erwachsene völlig ausreichend. Strand sowie 2 Supermärkte sind nicht weit entfernt, man ist zu Fuß in 5 bis 7 Minuten dort.Was in der Ferienwohnung etwas fehlt, ist WLAN. Balkon und Wohnzimmer/Küche liegen zudem Richtung Straße, die zwar nicht sehr stark befahren ist, man bemerkt sie tagsüber aber. Spätabends oder nachts ist dies jedoch kein Problem, da fährt dort fast nichts und man kann auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen.Alles in allem keine perfekte, aber eine sehr gute Ferienwohnung mit angemessenen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Nette Unterkunft in recht guter Lage aber etwas laut

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines größeren Baus mit zahlreichen Ferienwohnungen. Das Haus dürfte um die 20 Jahre alt sein und ist in gutem Zustand. Jedoch ist der Bau für sein Baujahr sehr hellhörig. Etwas lautere Unterhaltung in Nachbarwohnungen wie auch Stühlerücken von oben sind sehr deutlich zu hören, was den Komfort etwas einschränkt. Dazu kommt die ziemlich stark befahrene Hauptstraße auf der Balkonseite des Hauses, so dass die Nutzung des Balkons bei starkem Verkehr nicht richtig Spaß macht. Der Balkon ist wegen der Bäume vor dem Haus sehr schattig - im Sommer gut, im Herbst etwas schade. Nach hinten raus zum Schlafzimmerfenster ist es deutlich ruhiger. Die Luft in der Wohnung roch irgendwie muffig und hatte eine Duftnote nach Brennspiritus. Vielleicht liegt das am Putzen und Desinfizieren wegen Corona? Jedenfalls wurde es auch durch längeres Lüften nicht wirklich besser. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran und riecht es dann nur stark bei Reinkommen. Das Vermietungsbüro im Haus ist in der Nebensaison nur sporadisch besetzt (15-17 Uhr, Mi, Sa, So geschlossen) auf Emails wird aber schnell reagiert und eine Telefonnummer gibt es auch. Wir wurden dort sehr freundlich behandelt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sonst gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles macht im Großen und Ganzen einen relativ wertigen Eindruck. Die Betten sind recht weich aber nicht durchgelegen (ist Geschmackssache). Es ist genug Geschirr vorhanden, dass man die Spülmaschine auch voll bekommt, Meisterköche sollten sich aber ein richtig scharfes Messer mitbringen. Man sollte wissen, dass es keinen Backofen gibt - also keine TK-Pizza (auch die Mikrowelle ist ohne Crisp-Platte dafür nicht geeignet). Aber es gibt ja auch genügen Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch WLAN gibt es in der Wohnung nicht, dafür gibt es guten Handy-Empfang. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und der abschließbare Fahrradabstellplatz waren für uns sehr praktisch! Unterm Strich bleibt für uns ein etwas gemischtes Bild. Vermutlich ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok aber wir würden uns das nächste Mal wahrscheinlich doch etwas anderes suchen. Vieles dabei ist aber auch ganz klar Geschmackssache.
