A clever layout featuring exposed ceiling beams gives the apartment’s living space an airy and open feel. The light-colored walls take a back seat, letting the stylish furnishings take centre stage. Whether you’re relaxing on the cosy couch or dining with the family at the large dining table—modern casual chic is everywhere. When the weather is nice, the large south-facing balcony also invites you to relax in the sun.
The Friesenloft’s kitchen also features an open layout, but is cleverly separated from the living area by a wall. The amateur chef will find everything they need here: from a Bora cooktop to a KitchenAid stand mixer, everything is available to whip up culinary delights.
On the same level as the living area are a bedroom with a gorgeous double box-spring bed (no desk) and a smaller bedroom with a single box-spring bed. The spacious bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower, provides that essential “spa-like feeling”—not to mention a guest bathroom that’s a real eye-catcher thanks to its stylish wallpaper alone.
Up in the attic, the sky is the limit: the open loft invites you to relax with a book or daydream in a designer armchair. Those who manage to make it to bed afterwards will slumber on comfortable box-spring mattresses and can step right into the en-suite bathroom in the morning.

The Friesenloft is located in the idyllic town of Alt-Westerland, not far from the village church of St. Niels. Despite its central location, it’s wonderfully quiet here. The train station, a bakery, several bike rental shops, and the town centre are just a short walk away. It’s the perfect starting point for Sylt holidaymakers to explore the island and unwind.
