This beautiful apartment offers 100 m² of living space, including a 30 m² terrace directly on the surf and kite beach of El Médano. You will find two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, closet and WC, as well as a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area. The wind-protected terrace offers wonderful sea views, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. The property provides free fibre-optic Wi-Fi and is located in a very quiet area, ideal for remote work. Behind the apartment, there is a private storage room for sports equipment such as kites, sails, surfboards and bicycles. Assembled sails can be stored in the storage room. Private parking in the garage is directly accessible from the apartment. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing set are included.
