Hallo Fr. Bünzow, Die Ferienwohng "Ellen" war toll. Schön eingerichtet und super gelegen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Borkum ist eine wunderbare Insel und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir werden wiederkommen. Unser Tip ist die Kutschfahrt.

Ein positiver Kommentar: Man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an gut aufgehoben und kann die Zeit auf Borkum inmitten des insularen Alltags unbeschwert genießen. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt, hat man in der Wohnung alles zur Hand und zur Versorgung alles vor der Tür. Verbesserungen? Schwer zu sagen. Die Sache mit dem Kofferversendung ist nicht optimal. Keine Ahnung, wie man das einfacher für den Gast gestalten kann, aber wenn man die 500 m Weg vom St. Josef in die Fewo bedenkt, kann man seine 18 kg auch gleich ganz schleppen (200 m zum Bahnhof).

Die Abwicklung bezüglich Vorabinformationen, wie Anreise, Fähre, Wohnung, Anfahrt zum Haus und Parkmöglichkeit waren vorbildlich. Man fühlte sich rundum betreut. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl, fast wie zu Hause. Besonders gefiel uns der kurze Weg vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone ohne viel Lärm. Alle Geschäfte gleich nebenan oder um die Ecke. Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden. Die Terrasse konnten wir auf Grund der Wetterlage nicht benutzen, ist aber sehr groß.
