Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is quiet and residential, but it is not far from any stores or restaurants you need! Plus, you can drive over to the beach (there are two different beaches within a 30 minute drive) and then return home to get a away from the heat and the crowds!
What makes this property unique
This property is open concept and great for families! Everyone can cook, eat, and watch a movie all together, but the master bedroom is away from the others to give it more privacy. There is a little patio outside with chairs and a pergola with hanging lights for a romantic setting!
