Charming A-frame House in Delightful Julian

This newly built A-frame cabin is a great way to stay in the Julian area in style. Only a 7 minute drive from either downtown Julian or Wynola, this area in Pine Hills is very quiet, tranquil, and peaceful. It gives a sense of being out in nature with ancient giant oak trees and regular visits from the local deer and wild turkeys. The great room next to the windows has a high ceiling going up 27 feet at the top which creates a feeling of open space that is very hard to find.

House Manual:
Feel free to use the television in the bedroom and the steamspa in the shower. To work the steamspa just press the power button above the shower bench and turn on the light using the remote on the bathroom vanity. It takes about 5 minutes to heat up the water before the steam comes out. Because it's a steam spa the glass shower seal has to be tight, so when opening or closing the glass door, continue the direction you are pushing towards all the way through.

Feel free to use the kitchen for cooking and making tea and coffee, but please do the dishes before leaving. There is a French press for making coffee and an electric water kettle for making hot water for tea and coffee. The kitchen is also equipped with silverware, porcelain dishes, non stick cooking pans, glass bowls, wine opener and beer opener, prepping knives, colander and small salad spinner.
We have an assortment of cocktail, wine and beer glasses and a cocktail shaker in the credenza in the living room. There are ice cube trays in the freezer and a reverse osmosis drinking water faucet by the kitchen sink. All of the water has been filtered with a carbon filer, softened with salt and purified for drinking (reverse osmosis by the kitchen sink). We have a bin behind the curtain in the kitchen for recyclables, a yellow trash can for trash and a countertop compost container for biodegradable kitchen waste.

There are extra bath towels and toilet paper in the bathroom cabinet, as well as a hair dryer (cloth bag), and extra unused toothpaste and tooth brushes in case you need them. The soap dispenser contains Dr. Bronner's lavender castile soap which you are welcome to use.
